2. Product & Service Policies

✅ Product Availability: All products are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and provide an alternative option or store credit.
✅ Pricing & Discounts: Prices may change without prior notice. Discounts and offers are valid for a limited period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
✅ Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

  • We are not responsible for minor design or color variations.

3. Payment Policy

✅ We accept prepaid payments only via the following methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay, Maestro)
  • Net Banking (All major banks)
  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, BHIM UPI)
  • Bank Transfers (for bulk orders only)

🚫 Not Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Not available for any order.
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm Wallet, Amazon Pay, etc.) – Not accepted.
  • Cryptocurrency & International Transfers – Not supported.

💡 Payment Security:

  • Transactions are processed using SSL-encrypted payment gateways for security.
  • We do not store your bank or card details.
  • Customers should always use secure internet connections when making payments.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

✅ Orders are processed and shipped within the estimated delivery time mentioned on the product page.
✅ Customers must provide accurate shipping details. If the shipping address is incorrect, delays or order cancellations may occur.
✅ Tracking details will be provided after shipment.

🚫 Important Notes:

  • Delivery times may vary due to logistics issues, natural disasters, or unforeseen delays.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer’s unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
  • We are not responsible for courier delays or lost shipments once the package is handed over to the courier service.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

🚫 No Returns Accepted (except for defective or damaged products).
✅ If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
✅ Upon approval, a replacement will be provided or store credit will be issued.
🚫 No cash refunds – Only store credit is provided.

💡 Store Credit Policy:

  • Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used for future purchases.
  • Store credit cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another user.

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

✅ Orders can be canceled before shipping, and store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
✅ Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
🚫 Refunds are not available for successful transactions unless an error is on our part.

7. User Conduct & Restrictions

🚫 Customers must NOT:

  • Use our website for fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Copy, distribute, or misuse our content, branding, or product descriptions.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our website operations.
