  • Handmade and customized items may require additional processing time, which will be mentioned on the product page.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

5. Delivery & Failed Deliveries

  • Delivery Attempts: If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt to deliver the package up to one times.
  • Incorrect Address: If the address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package remains undelivered due to the customer's unavailability or incorrect details, it will be returned to our warehouse. A re-delivery request can be made with additional shipping charges.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Flex Flicker is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Some high-value items may require identity verification before shipping.
  • Certain fragile or hazardous items may have special shipping restrictions.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You must provide unboxing video proof and images showing the defect/damage.
  • Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement only (no refunds).
